have enabled the size and weight to be reduced so significantly as to have rendered

Un ancien ingénieur aimait dire que souvent les œuvres d’ingénierie parfaites pour
le fonctionnement sont aussi étonnamment belles. À l’occasion de la présentation
au public, un grand nombre d'amateurs a manifesté avec des mots pleins
d'enthousiasme la sensation agréable de légèreté et de solidité que produisait Iside
et, devant les prototypes sans incisions, la pureté des lignes de leur bascule «round-
body». Le coeur de l’arme, réalisé entièrement à partir d’un monobloc forgé par
extraction de copeaux, avait donc séduit tout seul le public de la manière la plus
belle, c’est-à-dire sans artifices et nous avons, comme toujours, été témoins. La
famille « Iside », sur les versions avec canon lisse, comprend les variantes «ISIDE
STD» avec bascule lisse «blanche» et extracteur manuel, «ISIDE» avec bascule
gravé au laser avec méthode « à triple profondeur », «ISIDE EM» avec extracteurs
automatiques à grand développement, et «ISIDE PRESTIGE» avec système
d’extraction automatique à grand développement et faux-corps latéraux. Il existe
une large gamme de calibres (12-16-20-28-410), tandis que la particularité qui
rend Iside unique, en plus de sa bascule, est vraiment le système d'accouplement
des canons, basé sur un soudage « demi-bloc » sur manchon à plaque. Ces
solutions, ajoutées à l’utilisation de matériaux de très grand niveau en ce qui
concerne la résistance, ont permis de réduire les sections en limitant
l'encombrement et le poids, de telle manière que l'utilisation d'alliages à base
d'aluminium n'a plus eu de signification. Iside est une vraie déesse par son
